Summer, 2009

Contracts let for deferred maintenance repairs to roofing and gutters, exterior painting, masonry renovation to Smith Hall.

Houck Services, Inc. of Harrisburg, PA began roof and gutter repairs on Monday, July 13. Thier first job is to locate and repair leaks above Smith Hall and the sanctuary. Work should be complete within two months, weather permitting. Coastal Exteriors also began repointing the brick and mortar on the exterior of Smith Hall this week.
