The Board of Trustees of Second Presbyterian Church has primary responsibility for church property (buildings, grounds, and other real estate); trusts and funds bequeathed or donated to the church; and responsibility for the safe keeping of securities, property deeds, trust instruments, and safety deposit boxes. Actions of the Board of Trustees are subject to approval of the Session.

Members of the Board of Trustees are elders elected by the congregation for a three-year term.
